In order to achieve this vision and get there, we’re looking for an energetic, organized and resourceful Office and Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a jack- or jill-of-all-trades excited to keep our headquarters running smoothly and to create a happy, positive working environment. Job duties will cover office management, administrative support, employee on-boarding and other HR tasks, and some financial operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage key corporate operations and administration, including setting up insurance policies, company registrations and compliance requests
  • Provide scheduling and logistical support to the Leadership team
  • Provide financial operations support and implementation of financial operations strategy 
  • Keep our office immaculate: clean, organized, stocked, and working smoothly for our high functioning team
  • Serve as our facility manager by liaising with building management and other key vendors and contractors
  • Plan and coordinate activities and events (e.g., team outings, company parties, in-office events, office lunches, etc.)
  • Lead the on-boarding of new hires; deliver day 1 setup, coordinate new hire orientation and manage key on-boarding paperwork 
  • Support hiring by scheduling interviews and providing a great candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • Independent and able to get things done while still being a team player
  • Resourceful and desire to work and learn at a swifter than normally acceptable pace
  • At least 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
