We are looking for an Office Manager to manage our Marina del Rey office, ensuring that the office represents a professional and productive space for all employees and visitors. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the MDR HQ facility
  • Develop standard operating procedures for all office and administrative support functions
  • Serve as MDR office Reception
  • Represent Aspiration with a friendly and positive attitude by greeting and directing arriving guests, as well as incoming and outgoing parcels
  • Support our CEO and CBO with scheduling and travel
  • Coordinate meetings with the CEO’s PA to ensure a frictionless experience and efficient use of time
  • Organize/plan investor meetings ensuring a positive and professional experience for all guests
  • Assist the HR team with planning and executing monthly office events such as lunches, happy hours, off-sites and other organized activities
  • Assist Recruiting team with onboarding new hires, including welcome packages and coordinating first-day schedule
  • Act as coordinator to the Recruiting team by scheduling onsite interviews, facilitating schedule and travel
  • Assist IT department with shipping needs and new hire equipment set up 
  • Act as facilities POC for the Pasadena office 
  • Lead each task with a highly organized, initiative driven approach
  • Leads efforts in planning and coordinating company-wide events

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in an Office Manager / Receptionist role at a high-growth startup 
  • Previous Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, friendly and courteous demeanor, with a passion for making the world a better place 
  • Experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
  • Ability to juggle priorities, while proactively meeting deadlines Tech-savvy: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack
