While this job posting uses "El Segundo, CA" as the location, please note this role is currently being recruited for remote work or reporting to headquarters if within commuting distance. 

As a Network Administrator, you will be cyclical and will follow the business's busy cycles. Due to the ebb and flow of the work, the position will flex between IT and GG customer facing. Busy season will see the role 100% GG customer facing, outside busy season will be 100% internal facing. Those percentages will flex as we scale and work though each fiscal year.

What You'll Do

• Successfully support Sales, Implementation, and the GG support teams delivering full resolution to any issues that pop up due to GoGuardian product issues, customer network/MDM issues, or a combination of both:
• Troubleshoot firewall policies that may be blocking communication with GoGuardian products
• Utilize commonly-used tools to assist customers with determining the flow of web-traffic and DNS requests in their environment
• Properly configure DHCP and on-prem DNS services, including forwarding, according to customer needs
• Troubleshoot Group Policy for deploying and configuring software, including regkey and start-up task creation
• Implement and troubleshoot MDM configuration profiles and policies

Who You Are

• Networking expert - switching, routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, network protocols, full OSI model understanding, deep troubleshooting and resolution experienceMDM expert - developing and deploying policies
• Deep troubleshooting and revolution experience
• 5+ years networking experience
• Someone who will uphold and emphasize GoGuardian’s company value of Customer Experience First
