What You'll Do:

  • Responding to comments on our social media pages and other member facing channels 
  • Applying Dave knowledge to assist members via Direct Message
  • Ensure frequent and timely updates utilizing the “Dave tone” Defuse member situations and provide resolutions 
  • Escalating any critical issues, such as bugs and outages
  • Providing proactive recommendations, trends and feedback to the Social Media Manager, Member Success Manager, or other applicable Dave team members
  • Being a Dave expert with a strong understanding of our products and industry

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record of great customer service experience (2+ years)
  • Creative wit and love for social media
  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience via email and chat
  • Independent, self-actuated self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
  • Applicable Technologies: Zendesk, Sprout Social or comparable systems
