As a Marketplace Operations Associate at XCLAIM, you will play a key role in our marketplace operations team. You'll support the Marketplace Operations Manager with the management and completion of the day-to-day tasks. You'll be responsible for our user-facing knowledge base and incoming support requests. You'll get the opportunity to wear multiple "hats" to help further XCLAIM’s vision to transform bankruptcy claims trading. What you'll do

• Ensure the user experience in the XCLAIM Marketplace is seamless.
• Monitor and respond to user support requests and general inquiries.
• Apply learnings from users to develop user-facing knowledge base.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to meet user needs and objectives, and with respect to ongoing product development efforts.
• Assume other designated responsibilities related to operations, including by extension customer success, transaction support and compliance, as needed.

You'll do well in this role if this describes you:

• Interest in financial markets and/or auction dynamics. A background in AdTech, MarTech, FinTech, e-commerce, B2B services, and/or 2-sided online marketplace platforms will be valuable, but not required.
• Experience with user support, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Experience with user analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to understand esoteric legal terminology and documentation (training will be provided).
• BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience), preferably in a related field (business, economics or finance).
• Ability to operate independently while handling multiple projects and under time constraints.
• Effective in developing working relationships and earning the trust of users.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional professional and personal integrity.
• “Go-getter” mentality, natural ability to make things happen while operating in an uncertain environment with limited supervision.
• Eagerness to learn.
