Medely is hiring a Marketplace Operations Associate in our Santa Monica office. You will be responsible for supporting the data entry and management efforts of the Marketplace Operations department. This will include helping keep our CRM up to date, reconciling data between sources, and resume parsing and formatting for our customer base.What you will be doing:

• Data entry and formatting
• Work on multiple software systems 
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Resume parsing and formatting for our customer base
• Capturing updates to be translated to new requirements 
• Work alongside Sales and marketplace recruiting teams

Qualifications: 

• Excellent computer skills (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets, ability to learn new systems and tools, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• High level of attention to detail
• Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
