In this role you will:

• Develop strategies and improvement to optimize listing review process
• Define KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficiency, quality and expense management 
• Support product review team including hiring, staffing, scheduling and performance
• Track, manage and analyze product listing traffic 
• Partner with the Fraud and Disputes team to identify irregularities in listings
• Drive continual improvement to support our ever-changing product offerings 
• Identify product needs and solutions related to content quality and scaling our moderation system
• Investigate and quickly respond to issues regarding listings
• Periodically audit active listings for accuracy

We are looking for:

• 2+ years experience with operations, product listing management, content moderation or other customer experience skills 
• Experience working with remote teams preferred
• Understanding of the secondary sneaker or streetwear market
• Awareness of current events and sensitivity to global culture climate
• Excellent critical thinking and decision making 
• Strong written and oral communication 
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies 
• Experience analyzing data with SQL, Excel and Google Sheets a plus
