We are looking for a self-driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join the Retention Marketing team. Our objective is to grow revenue by delivering personalized communications across multiple platforms that improve customer retention and lifetime value. As a member of the Retention marketing team, your primary responsibilities will be to assist in managing the execution of large-scale email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute email and SMS marketing campaigns including setup, targeting, testing to deployment, and data monitoring
• Implement personalization and segmentation of emails and SMS messages, scaling them across many audiences
• Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
• Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, are user- and mobile-friendly, and follow industry policies and best practices
• Proofread emails and SMS messages for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Maintain clear and consistent communication inside our internal project management tool (Monday)
• Track projects through all phases from requests through approvals to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Brainstorm customer retention, campaign content, and segmentations independently or alongside other team members
• Manage all assigned projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years email marketing work experience, including hands-on experience with HTML/CSS
• Project management skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, solve problems, and troubleshoot
• Experience with Klaviyo and/or Postscript is preferred
• Ready to take the initiative and find solutions when given little direction
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email or SMS marketing best practices
• BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
