Learning & Development Associate
Organizes, creates, and facilitates delivery of employee & contractor training initiatives using varied learning methodologies including classroom training, blended learning, job aids, experiential learning, and e-learning, all with a primary focus of developing employee skills to improve the quality of customer interaction and outcomes. Prepares training content and materials to be presented. Conducts follow up and maintains records of training activities. Tracks employee progress and analyzes program effectiveness. Participates in the design and development of training materials. Designs and develops in-house training materials using various media. Prepares and supports staff to perform their job duties. Works with operations management team to identify training opportunities, and partner with operational supervisors and managers in the delivery of training.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related area or the equivalent combination of relevant education and experience (four years’ direct relevant experience is equal to a Bachelor’s degree)
Minimum two years’ professional experience leading cross-functional projects, meeting relevant timelines and project goals.
Travel required, at least 25%

English grammar, punctuation, and mechanics
Very strong skills with presentation design and delivery
Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Comfort working efficiently and on-schedule on multiple projects with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences (verbal and written)
Copy editing content for errors, style, accuracy, and meaning
Ability to set effective priorities, handle multiple tasks, problem-solve, analyze and interpret data, be detail-oriented
Ability to work effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team across multiple sites
Preferred Skills for this Position:
Knowledge of training delivery best practices
Experience creating and delivering leadership development training
Experience with Adobe Captivate and Prime, preferred
Experience with PDF creation/editing software is desirable
Knowledge in eLearning course authoring is desirable
Experience with LMS functionality is helpful
Experience designing and creating self-directed e-learning courses and converting existing in-class training materials to e-learning
