About the Role

The part-time FN Keyholder will oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational and personnel functions, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment. 

Responsibilities

• Creates and fosters a culture that ensures the customer is the focus of all activities.
• Assists in maximizing store volume and profit in accordance with store/company goals through excellent staffing, customer service and attention to detail in a fast-pace environment.
• Support and manage daily opening and closing operations of the store to include customer service, management register functions, merchandising, styling, floor set execution, replenishment, launches, updates, and shipment.
• Review and respond to all emails and corporate visual communications daily.
• Follow company practices by maintaining the standards of the sales floor, backroom and stock room by ensuring all are organized and clean.
• Supports hiring, training, development, coaching, and leading of Associates on all aspects of the business.
• Address disciplinary actions and initiatives; administers and follows up on corrective action for all employees with Supervisor’s approval.
• Performs Manager on duty tasks and running of the business as needed.
• Support all loss prevention and safety initiatives.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Must have at least 2+ years of retail management/keyholder experience.
• Proficient in POS and other retail software preferred.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and professionalism to ensure that all business is conducted.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, will including two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
