WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues and problems that occur with our business applications (Coupa, NetSuite, Concur, Jira, Confluence, UltiPro, Greenhouse etc.)
• Proactively problem solve – come up with ideas and suggestions to prevent problems from arising
• Test software releases from SaaS providers prior to release and deployment dates
• Develop and maintain “How To” and other Knowledge Base articles for the applications we support
• Setup and maintain punchouts on the Coupa platform
• Develop reports and dashboards leveraging PowerBI
• Maintain, update, and deploy system configuration changes in alignment with business requirements
• Provide and execute on maintenance and upgrade plans for applications upon approval
• Ensure compliance to all security measures at an application level
• Support business units with application training efforts

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
• Worked in a customer service focused role that provided support for business applications such as ERP, MRP, or HRIS systems (experience with Coupa preferred)
• Have experience with explaining complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
• Have worked or have experience in a customer service centric environment
• Possess a basic working knowledge of application architecture
• Developed and delivered software training

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience working in an Engineering R&D or Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience working within an ITIL framework and familiarity with change and release management practices
• Experience using Coupa, Concur, NetSuite, UltiPro, Greenhouse, Jira & Confluence
• Experience with developing reports and integrations using Power BI and Boomi
