What we are looking for…

IT expert who is interested in building our IoT (Internet of Things) portfolio. As an IT Project Manager, you will help to build the future of vacation rental technologies. You will work closely with our Operations, Product, and Systems teams to build and maintain the best network solutions and monitoring technologies. You will play a key role in creating the best possible experience for our guests.

What you'll do...

• Work with the Product & Systems team to build out a proprietary IoT package for vacation rentals
• Manage and maintain a range of devices in order to optimize guest services
• Work closely with Operations to source the best Internet Service Provider (ISP) and WiFi technicians in every market 
• Communicate with network technicians and our field team to improve device connectivity
• Work with Customer Experience (CX) and the Risk team to prevent house parties and keep guests safe and happy 
• Scope new hardware and test the latest smart home technologies
• Build dashboards and reports to track real-time IoT data
• Implement new processes and help to build our IoT hardware and software roadmap
• Help Product improve IoT Monitoring & Workflows through proprietary solutions & automations by collecting business requirements from CX & Operations

What you'll bring...

• Experience with WiFi Networking, preferably network certified
• Interest in smart home technologies and IoT
• Experience working with cloud management platforms
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfortable with Salesforce, preferably Field Service Lightning
• Ability to effectively shift focus between day-to-day details and the longer term schedule
• Highly organized, detail oriented and data savvy
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles
• Proactive learner who can prevent & solve problems quickly 
• Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments
• Someone who is analytical and has an entrepreneurial drive
• BA/BS or better in MIS or a related field
• Legal right to work in the United States
