FabFitFun is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to support immense growth in our West Hollywood HQ. As the IT Manager, you will manage our existing Helpdesk team, support ongoing and future office expansions, and collaborate with our IT Director to develop IT roadmap, implement new systems and processes, and build a world-class IT department.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the corporate helpdesk team at multiple office locations around our West Hollywood HQ that provide support for 300+ employees
• Collaborate with IT Director to constantly improve the onboarding, support request, and off-boarding processes
• Help build an IT infrastructure that can support the rapid expansion of the company
• Train and support junior team members
• Evaluate and implement SSO
• Improve asset management system and policies as well as MDM
• Implement a new helpdesk ticketing system which tracks SLA performance, provides helpdesk documentation, and collects CSAT ratings
• Deploy RADIUS for company wifi
• Enhance conference room, office, all-hands A/V systems
• Report on IT/infrastructure spend
• Identify areas of improvement in our current processes

What you'll bring:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT systems administration (startup preferred) with at least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft OS and technologies (AD, Office365, Azure)
• Extensive knowledge of Google Apps
• Vast experience supporting Mac environments
• Excellent troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong customer service skills 
• Superb vendor management skills
• Experience with SSO, MDM (PC and Mac), and directory services
• Proven experience developing and implementing complex IT processes
• Strong degree of technical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
