We are currently searching for a strong Incident Manager that will be responsible for overseeing incidents that occur and handling outage communications.  This is a full-time position (W2 employee) and you will have the opportunity to work at a very notable and respectful entertainment company. This role will be part of a Production Technology Operations team, focused on supporting the AWS infrastructure for our client and those business functions that support the Productions (movie-making). Any experience in the Media/Entertainment industry would also be a big plus.

Job Requirements:

* You thrive in an outage situation and naturally drive the team towards a solution

* You are comfortable collaborating with and organizing large groups

* You have a thorough knowledge of monitoring/alerting tools to improve engineering

* response times

* Assist development teams in identifying Service-Level Indicators (SLIs), Service-Level

* Objectives (SLOs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)

* You have experience defining and implementing Incident Management processes that

* follow ITIL 4 methodologies

* You have experience authoring and driving Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) documentation

* You twitch when an alert is triggered

* Thorough knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, and/or Zabbix

* Administrator knowledge of communication tools like Slack, PagerDuty, etc.

* Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure cloud platforms

* Experience implanting, tracking and managing Problem Management

* Must have experience producing Executive reports based on monthly operational performance

* Strong oral and written communication skills
