As an integral part of the executive leadership team, the Head of Services is responsible for the strategy, growth and day to day leadership of Hawke’s 5 service channels (Lifestyle Marketing, Media Buying, Creative, Strategy, Content).

The Head of Services (HOS) is cognizant of Hawke’s short, mid and long-term goals and uses this understanding & knowledge to achieve the strategic goals and objectives on a year over year basis. The HOS will also be a central figure in assisting the executive leadership team in the future development of each services’ business and operational plans.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assures business objectives are being defined and achieved by establishing and continuously monitoring, evaluating and analyzing key metrics
  • Leads strategic, high-volume experimentation on all current, future and potential service channels
  • Works cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure profitable growth of each of Hawke’s service departments and constituent service offerings – including but not limited to development of new offerings, reduction of under-performing lines of business, sales enablement, marketing coordination and responsible hiring & sales forecasting.
  • Creates processes to ensures the client’s message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives
  • Coordinates with all service channels to develop integrated solutions and expand Hawke service offerings to clients
  • Maintains operational oversight of each service channel
  • Oversees service leadership to develop and grow key positions into stronger leaders
  • Develops strategies and tactics to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develops strategies and tactics to improve current services provided to clients and identifies new service offering opportunities
  • Oversees preparation of internal budgets and budget variances for the service channels
  • Provides financial forecasting and analysis to support service goals and creates comprehensive service offering and operational reports

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong operations background, preferably with an agency
  • Impeccable communicative skills (written and verbal)
  • Sound judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
