This is a hybrid job requiring availability to be work in DTLA 2 days a week as needed. 

"NiceSeats" is a premium, sustainable seat cover designed to deliver the luxury of clean in the travel space. We’re a fast growing, female owned small business looking for an Operations/ Executive Assistant, with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire contribute your ideas and skills, to the growth and development of our company. About the Role: This position will provide various administrative support and right-hand assistance to the owner with various aspects of the direct to consumer and wholesale sides of the business. E-Com and EDI based B2B business operations, customer service. Marketing experience would be very welcome. The only thing that is mandatory is experience with EDI and E-Com. We can build the position around the skills you have in addition to these 2 prerequisites.

You Would: 

  • Perform daily operational functions on vendor portals such as Shopify, Etsy and Amazon. (ie.. Inventory restocking, customer service messages, settings and configurations, shipping labels)
  • Manage daily EDI(DataTrans-EDI) reports for our B2B partners- Target, Macy’s Bloomingdales and Anthropologie.
  • Manage order inflow through Shipstation and ensure orders are being fulfilled within service level. Troubleshoot any issues/errors that arise. 
  • Assist with trade shows/unique markets events that NiceSeats attends.
  • Maintain organization using Monday.com for requests needed from vendors, freelancers, potential prospects and more. 
  • Responsible for daily inventory management and alerting founder when reorder is needed.
  • Research shipping carriers and rates internationally.
  • Add products/ create UPC codes on GS1 & OpenText as needed 
  • Oversee customer correspondence daily via Gorgias, which is typically light.
  • Source and manage freelance hires such as social media manager, advertising manager, content creators. 
  • Facilitate requests between freelance departments and buyers for various content such as images, SKU’s and line sheets. 
  • Build and implement procedures for various departments to streamline work flows. 
  • Grow our community by implementing various strategies such as growing affiliates, researching marketing offers we receive, 

You Have: 

  • Strong understanding of B2B management
  • Familiarity with tasks and platforms mentioned above
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Shopify, Amazon
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as a member of the team
  • Good writing and speaking skills
  • Klaviyo email marketing experience a plus
