Who We Are Looking For

The Community is focused on driving shared value between AuditBoard and our customers to increase engagement, satisfaction, expansion, and retention. The successful candidate will have a strong track record crafting a comprehensive vision, collaborating with leadership across AuditBoard, building and managing a team to deliver on the global community strategy, and owning the overall success of the program.


Main Job Duties Include 

  • Oversee vision, strategy, operations, measurement, and success of global customer community initiatives
  • Deliver business value across support, product, marketing, and revenue by delighting customers, building trust, deepening relationships, and expanding market share
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class self-service learning and enablement
  • Build and lead teams focused on building online and offline experiences
  • Educate and enable teams across the organization to envision, develop, and deliver value through community to prospects, customers, partners, and employees
  • Champion customer-driven culture and provide executive visibility around key metrics
  • Leverage insights from the community to identify key improvements and partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, etc.) to enhance customer experienceServe as a public face of the AuditBoard brand and the risk management industry

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience building and managing customer-facing initiatives to enable growth, adoption, expansion, and usage
  • Executive level communication experience
  • Proven track record for driving significant change/business transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and managing high performing teams
  • Very high attention to detail and and strong commitment to quality
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions
  • Excellent collaboration and cross-functional organizational skills
