Global Vice President of Human Capital

First Six Month Deliverables
- Deeply understand our global human capital operations, systems, and processes
- Develop a strategy to align human capital programs at the three locations
- Create a compensation strategy and guide based on industry benchmarks
- Hit placement targets to support our growth goals across engineering, sales, delivery, marketing, and operations
- Continue the development of the human capital roadmap and execute a strategy to drive functional goals
Requirements
- Passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken.
- Human Capital leadership experience in a tech start-up or high-growth environment; you’ve lead scaling from < 100 people and need to be both strategic and hands on
- Experience leading international teams with experience in California, United Kingdom, and India preferred
- Deep HR technical skills to manage the delivery of workforce plans, compensation & benefits strategies, employee relations and compliance issues and utilization of key data
- Based in Los Angeles and open to travel up to 50%
- Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field, Masters highly preferred
- 10+ years in progressive leadership role within Human Resources, HR certification preferred
- Proven experience as a strategic consultant and coach to executives
- Experience working in various Human Capital platforms (ADP preferred)
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Build out documentation of standard processes and procedures, and recommend new approaches where needed
