Facilities Coordinator

Anduril is looking for an Facilities Coordinator to join our growing Facilities and Real Estate team. As the Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the internal operational functions of two warehouses. From fixing building issues to scheduling maintenance, you will be the go-to-person everything is up to par. You will look after all the services that helps our business and organization do its work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Overseeing day-to-day general warehouse operations which will include cross-functional coordination with Production, Manufacturing, Security, IT, Internal Operations, Logistics, etc. teams
- Reinforce the use of safe and environmentally sound work practices and procedures
- Perform repairs on building equipment
- Vendor management of maintenance or repairs
- Maintain Preventative Maintenance program to maximize effective use of plant production equipment
- Manage the appropriate maintenance schedule ensuring we are compliant
- Assist with planning for, installing and maintaining new equipment and processes
- Providing support to our team members by providing equipment and supplies
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in a high energy, fast pace startup or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Strong independent worker who can drive outcomes with minimal oversight
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Ability to work with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs of weight
- Strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work across teams in a collaborative manner
- Move fast to solve problems
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
