Job Description:

As Executive Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and working directly with the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as a point of contact for internal and external constituencies and manages daily office matters. The ideal Executive Assistant thrives in a fast-growing work environment, is detail-oriented, smart, creative, easy to work with, and organized. They enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is both mission and results-driven. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. 


Responsibilities:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chief of Staff and CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Use strong organization skills daily office operations to maintain an environment that ensures maximum productivity. Oversees office inventory, develops office policies and procedures, and identifies opportunities for process and office improvements.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between leadership and internal departments; demonstrating capacity to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff. 
  • Offers administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, doing research, and creating reports under the direction of the Chief of Staff. Can also include greeting visitors, arranging daily meals, and securing documents.
  • Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in internal and external communications, organization, office, and administrative projects.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Social Media platforms, and Slack.
