Who You Are:
You provide highly detailed support to C-level executives; this position will require autonomous decision making to ensure smooth and successful administrative operation. Please note this is a temp-to-hire role.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day business activities of COO, CMO, CCO and EVP of Brand
- Manage multiple calendars within several time zones and schedule meetings, conferences, and teleconferences with extreme detail
- Arrange airline, hotel, and ground transportation reservations for both domestic and international travel
- Provide discretion over expenses and executive budgets
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports through Concur software
- Provide personal assistance as needed
- Manage client and team relationships, including overseeing both internal and external correspondence
- Field occasional phone calls
- Assist administrative team with planning special events
- Work collaboratively with all departments
What You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years in an independent, administrative support role
- Comfortable managing and prioritizing own schedule
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
- Experience managing a budget and tracking expenses; knowledge of Concur software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills, particularly with regards to writing and speaking
- Experience with managing multi-regional schedules
- Friendly and poised demeanor under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be both structured and flexible
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
