ZestFinance seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our high-impact CEO. This is a great opportunity for an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual. This role operates as the key administrative support to the CEO along with coordination responsibilities for the leadership team and staff. The executive assistant will be extremely organized and has the ability to complete projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with an appropriate level of urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and be able to take effective action without having to know the complete picture. S/he will efficiently and proactively solve problems that arise and seek ways to minimize their impact. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with executives inside and outside of the company is critical.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a complex and ever-changing professional and personal calendar, including balancing multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
  • Coordinate and manage key internal and external meetings (such as all-hands meetings, staff meetings, board meetings etc.)
  • Own planning and management of company events and offsites with the support of PeopleOps team
  • Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the business
  • Understand ZestFinance’s goals and priorities and act as a thought partner to the team
  • Manage confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate people and teams  
  • Partner with other administrative support team on ad hoc projects
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

We are looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience assisting at the senior leadership level in a fast-paced environment in addition to supporting a CEO
  • Highly organized, analytical, flexible with shifting priorities and able to always exercise strong judgment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of personalities
  • The ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Apps for Business
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
