That's where you come in.

As Director, Total Rewards, you will own the strategy and operations of our total rewards portfolio. You will provide total rewards expertise to key decision-makers to support the strategic talent direction of Riot Games. You will deploy strategic models and behavioral theory to plan, design, and implement total rewards opportunities.You will lead and manage a team of benefits and compensations professionals to implement and operate the total rewards program.

  • A leader: you guide teams down the right paths even if they're unpopular or difficult to traverse; your unshakeable confidence and cool head makes others look towards you when sirens are blaring and all hell is generally breaking loose

  • Empathetic: you're comfortable commingling with all types of people, and you care for the folks around you; when someone needs personal or professional advice, you're there to offer guidance and, ideally, cookies

  • Armed with insight: like the 5-star chef knows their kitchen, you understand the technology, trends, and best practices currently affecting your field; you continually strive to improve your skills while staying in the know about what the competition might be cooking up

  • Comfortable with ambiguity: when changes are made, you keep a cool head and fight on, even if you don't have all the details; you're comfortable moving between projects and facing the uncertain because risk and change motivates you to evolve and innovate

You will:

  • Manage and develop a team of benefits and compensation leaders that provide support to Rioters and managers by delivering high quality service and solutions to our evolving business challenges

  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with leaders across the organization to ensure that all total rewards programs support our strategic objectives, are competitive, valued, efficient and aligned with our talent mission and vision

  • Lead the design of the company's global compensation and benefits programs including base pay, merit programs, incentives, and health, welfare, and perks programs

  • Understand the culture of Riot Games and makes recommendations to meet key initiatives effectively

  • Work as a strategist and change agent in support of the culture at Riot

  • Leverage data, feedback, and other methods of measuring performance and effectiveness to direct initiatives and provides recommendations to key stakeholders to meet goals and objectives

  • Bring thought leadership to defining the Rioter total rewards value proposition for the future development of programs.
