You will use your analytical skills, operational knowledge and charismatic personality to reshape the trucking industry. You will work closely with our Relay and brokerage operations teams to transform the supply chain for imported goods. What You'll Do

• Build an AMAZING marketplace operations team
• Set up an enforceable SOP for all Marketplace Operations teams
• Align the marketplace operations with our product vision and product strategies
• Clear KPI and measurements for marketplace (carrier / shippers) health and success
• Acquire and retain carriers
• Create and implement great carrier onboarding experiences
• Grow NEXT Relay program
• Coordinate with drayage and truckload brokerage teams to ensure shipper service satisfaction

What You'll Need to Have

• Highly analytical and able to assess and come up with process and solution
• Experience building high performing operations team preferred
• Experience dealing with process and data preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Passionate about disrupting an $800B industry
