Summary
The Director of Partner Enablement is an extremely cross departmental role that will be critical to the evolution of TeleSign’s partner program. (S)he or she will be responsible for defining, validating, and improving the partnership experience across current and prospective partners. The Director of Partner Enablement will work in collaboration with Partner Sales Managers to shepherd partners through the journey, with the goal of increasing exposure through partners and accelerating time revenue. Acting as a liaison between TeleSign partners and internal teams, (s)he will be responsible identifying the needs of our partners as inputs to standardize and scale our partner program.
Essential Functions
- Validating and documenting the Partner Program benefits
- Own the Partnership Experience based on feedback provided by TeleSign partners.
- Define partner the journey, and shepherd partners through the process in collaboration with regional Channel Directors.
- Identify resourcing needs to ensure partnership success and acting as a quarterback internally to deliver partnership needs.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing to deliver both partner sales team collateral and end client sales collateral needs are delivered.
- Present value of joint partner solutions to both TeleSign Sales and Partner Sales team when applicable.
- Work cross functionally with TeleSign sales to surface partnerships that TeleSign sales, as well as presenting the value to Partners sales teams.
- Work cross functionally with support team to communicate pertinent information as it relates to partnerships and responsibilities of each party.
- Work with product to identify product gaps preventing TeleSign from capturing new partner opportunities.
Essential Requirements

- 5 years of Partnerships experience
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and web conferencing
- Knowledge of cloud software services
- Security, fraud prevention, token authentication and telephony knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of and relationships with customers in CPaaS, social networking, cloud services, online payment companies, online gaming, domain registrars, lead generation, eCommerce, fraud prevention, online advertising, directory services, web portals and education a plus
