We are searching for an ambitious Digital Strategy Coordinator who will go above the traditional demands of the position to provide quality support to two top-level senior executives. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, forward thinker with the ability to execute tasks effectively with an extremely high degree of attention to detail and professionalism. This role will require a depth of tasks beyond the administrative, so a readiness to learn, strong research and analytical skill sets and an overarching entrepreneurial spirit are imperative.

Job Functions:

  • Extensive travel and meeting coordination
  • High Volume calendar management
  • Greet guests and help with general queries
  • Regular meeting prep and coordination including room and tech set-up, food ordering, document prep and organization as directed. Occasional meeting coverage and note taking
  • Cover phone lines
  • Monthly Expensys reconciliation and processing
  • Process invoices
  • Ticket coordination with company buyer
  • Conduct data analysis- looking at trends and comparing industry data
  • Conduct business and market research
  • Research different services offered by other companies and prepare written comparison of results
  • Proficient Excel skills; working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, v-look up preferred
  • Use information provided by executives to create PowerPoint/Keynote presentations
  • Use internal tools to manage departmental business processes
  • Special project coordination requiring follow-up and meeting of deadlines
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Skills/Abilities:

  • Possess extreme attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of the digital music business
  • Must have initiative and desire to learn the business
  • Interest in start-ups
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Executive Management
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners and clients
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, internet

Experience:

  • Experience working as part of a team in a business environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive in determining roadblocks
  • Ability to work under high pressure and speed
  • Must have the ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Ability to keep information highly confidential
  • Flexible and able to multi-task

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree
