InCloudCounsel is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join our rapidly growing company. InCloudCounsel modernizes legal processes, globally, for many of the world's leading companies. We offer scalable, end-to-end solutions for processing routine contracts and abstracting complex documents by pairing our worldwide network of experienced lawyers with AI-enabled software. We also offer the first purpose-built software tool designed to help funds manage their obligations.

The Customer Engagement Manager will be a key player on the Account Management team and will focus on core, customer-facing responsibilities, including managing the onboarding process for both project-based and enterprise customers as well as supporting Managing Directors and Directors in serving our customers. The Customer Engagement Manager will also have the opportunity to support Account Management Strategy & Operations and work cross functionally with the Marketing and Legal Partnership teams.  

The Customer Engagement Manager will report directly to the Director of Account Strategy & Operations of InCloudCounsel, and the package includes a competitive base salary and full benefits. The preferred locations for this role are San Francisco and Los Angeles. We are also open to great candidates in other locations in the western U.S.*

Responsibilities:

  • Account Onboarding: lead new project-based and enterprise customers from the initial onboarding call to full engagement 
  • Process Design: design and implement custom processes for new engagements in response to specific customer needs
  • Account Management and Marketing: work with account managers and marketing team on customer outreach strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and drive new revenue opportunities
  • Attorney Management: work with the attorney engagement team to manage the InCloudCounsel attorney community, ensuring that the attorneys remain happy and engaged
  • Product Development: work with the engineering team to translate attorney and client feedback into product improvements that will make the InCloudCounsel application work better for all users 

Requirements:

  • Writing: must have excellent professional writing skills
  • Diligence and attention to detail: effective project management and consistent delivery of timely, high-quality work
  • Process-oriented: enjoys designing, refining, and executing complex processes
  • Interpersonal skills: enjoys working with and talking to people, collaborating, and building relationships
  • Self-directed: an ability to manage yourself with little oversight or direction
  • Legal background: must have an ability to speak a legal language and empathize with both clients and attorneys
