Position Overview
The Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining executive schedules, alongside working with analysts and product experts. The position is ideal for an individual looking to apply analytical thinking, research skills, and has a burning desire to work within the global film, television, and streaming industry.
The perfect candidate is someone with an uncanny knowledge of film and television, that thrives in an ever changing environment and will enjoy working to analyze what makes content tick.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent and detailed administrative and corporate support to C-Level executives including phones, calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting support, etc.
Assisting in QA’ing, checking and updating data-driven platforms
Analyzing scripted content (reading/watching)
Assisting in putting together research reports and presentations
Support analyst with tracking motion picture campaigns
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Internship at entertainment related company
High level writing and communication skills.
Proficient with G-Suite/Microsoft Office
Good organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
Good attention to detail and follow-through skills
Demonstrated good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
