Coordinator, Label Operations

Job Functions:
- Schedule and update releases in Digs for VP, Label Operations
- Responsible for supplying digital and physical release schedules for the Capitol Music Group weekly production meeting. Also, for various weekly team meetings (Milestone and Digs)
- Review of CMG Digital Pricing Confirmation Report. Advise Sales team weekly of price code confirmations or changes for all CMG digital releases
- Organize, compile, update and distribute Label Operations' Project List weekly to the staff, Business Affairs, A&R, A&R Admin, Marketing and Video Production teams
- Handle promo solicitations and manage administrative tasks via DJ Central and DJ Upload for VP
- Review digital templates in Digs (Digital Supply Chain) for accurate deadlines
- Check RWS Channels Portal weekly to ensure VEVO channels are added to digital video products for delivery and confirm delivery of all other digital products
- Assist VP with physical, digital audio and digital video releases across Capitol Music group labels
- Coordinate parts orders for audio uploads with Universal Music Studiosfor VP and team
- Coordinate with UMG Royalties & Copyright department on video clearance requests (CLA) for VP and team
- Assist VP with printing and proofing artwork for various UMG artists, send corrections for approval and routing purposes (vinyl and CDs)

- Is developing an understanding of different organisational departments and functions

- Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Previous record label experience preferred but not required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic Photoshop, InDesign experience a plus
- Comfortable with data heavy projects
Education:
- Degree preferred
