City Launcher, Supply Operations
AirGarage is looking for an entrepreneurial sales and operations focused professional to join our City Launch team to help us grow our supply of parking lots in new markets.
You’ll be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and parking lot owners, walking them through the onboarding process, and making sure they are set up for long term success on our platform.
If you can hustle, execute, find creative ways to solve problems, and win customers you’ll be given as much responsibility and territory as you can handle and have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the growth of AirGarage as a future General Manager of the market you built.
You’ll have the support of other city launchers and the HQ team, but you’ll be responsible for learning on the fly and figuring out how to accomplish your goals in a fully remote position.
What You'll Do:
-- Drive supply-side acquisition, sell businesses and parking lot owners on joining AirGarage’s platform.
-- Build and execute on a launch plan and strategy for your market(s) - Identify and contact target accounts in your defined territory.
-- Report regularly to leadership on your successes and failures, providing actionable insights that will lead to your continued professional development.
-- Coordinate the delivery and installation of hardware and train lot owners on how to use the platform once they sign up.

-- Competitive -- You love to win, close deals, and blow past targets in a commission driven role.
-- Persistence - Willing and able to generate leads through email, in person drop in meetings and phone calls. You know how to turn a ‘No’ into a ‘Yes’ and win customers over.
-- Effective communicator - You’re an expert at taking complex processes and systems and explaining them in a way that anyone can understand.
-- Humble - Not afraid of taking on any task in your market however big or small, willing to help other city launchers as we continue to grow the team.
-- 1-3 years experience in sales, market launch, operations or as an entrepreneur / founder.
-- Proven ability to generate and close your own leads.
-- Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with product knowledge.
-- Good time management with strong organizational skills.
-- Base salary will be in the $40k - $70k range depending on experience
-- Uncapped commissions will be 3 - 10% of the Gross Revenue of any parking lots you sign on for their first year in operation (an average sales person earned $75k in commissions their first year)
-- You'll decide your mix between base and commission based on your confidence in your ability to sell
