As Chief of Staff, you will support the Chief Commercial Officer as a trusted advisor and thought partner, work both strategically and tactically on a range of cross-functional projects and initiatives focused on driving growth, revenue and engagement. The key areas of focus will be CCO support and prioritization, product research, and owning operational management for various executive projects. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen with an understanding of the market landscape, operational discipline and best practices, and experience scaling a company in hyper-growth mode.

What you'll do:

• Partner with and act as a trusted advisor to the CCO, serving as representative for the CCO in various meetings as appropriate 
• Lead various operational initiatives, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders 
• Organize and facilitate meetings (e.g,. QBRs, Board Meetings), including agenda management, project prioritization, and project tracking 
• Work closely with the executive team and other stakeholders to set and execute on various business objectives 
• Conduct product and market research for key projects, including new product initiatives, investment opportunities, and process optimization opportunities 
• Establish and track progress and status reporting on multiple projects (e.g,. OKRs), working cross-departmentally to ensure stakeholder alignment 

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of professional work experience in Chief of Staff or consulting role 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Product Strategy or similar disciple
• Work experience in management consulting or investment banking preferred
• Financial Services industry experience preferred, but not required 
• Experience translating strategy into an operational plan and drive to completion
• Structured and analytical thinking skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans
• Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem solving experience
• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills
