Business Systems Support Coordinator

Boingo Wireless is seeking a passionate Business Systems Support Coordinator to facilitate adoption of our Business Systems, including the Salesforce platform. Assigned to the Business Systems arm of the Data Infrastructure and Architecture team, you will join an existing team of Analysts to support internal users with the usage and adoption of business tools. You will be the first point of contact for users needing troubleshooting help, training, and basic reports/dashboards, escalating requests as necessary. You will work directly with internal end users and stakeholders to help gather business requirements and define processes and solutions in conjunction with other analysts and our engineering department.
What’s the gist of the job?

  • Support internal users with day to day problems, questions and requests related to business systems, including Salesforce and JIRA
  • Develop and maintain training materials including training guides, cheat sheets, videos and demonstrations
  • Train and coach users to drive maximum usage and adoption of our business systems and defined processes
  • Develop metrics to track usage and adoption of business systems
  • Continual analysis / development of training materials for effectiveness
  • Quality-check / test new features and gather user feedback for usability improvements
  • Support business data integrity efforts
  • Work with users to gather requirements and optimize user experience
  • Understand business process and translate into technical solutions designed to scale with the organization
  • Assist with system health evaluations/analysis

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrate passion / knowledge of, or willingness to learn quickly our business system platforms, including the Force.com platform and JIRA
  • 0-2 years' corporate experience
  • Demonstrate a history of learning and synthesizing software systems, data and concepts
  • Proactive learner who takes initiative to learn and provide knowledge to others
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate problems
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Be a self-starter and have a willingness to grow within the role
  • Strong analytic skills; critical thinking / problem solving ability
  • Influence for impact
  • Inquisitive with refined listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Business acumen and logic
  • Knack for inspiring communication and sensitive to the needs of others
  • Comfortable with presenting in front of others ranging from individuals to large groups

Bonus points if you’ve got…

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Advanced Trailhead badge achievement 
  • Salesforce admin certification
  • Experience building and delivering training content 
  • Bachelor’s degree
