Business Operations Manager (Remote - US)

DISQO is looking for an experienced Business Operations partner to drive our Operational Excellence capabilities, as we become a multi-product company and expand our global footprint.
BizOps lives at the intersection of strategy, finance and operations and serves to connect the dots cross-functionally, drive advanced decision making, shepherd complex initiatives from inception through implementation and incubate new functions and roles. Our business growth is accelerating and flawless execution has become paramount. You will have designed and implemented cross-functional initiatives for high growth marketing and product organizations to drive operational excellence and delivered repeatable business results that have a measurable impact to the P&L. What you will do:
- Assess strategic growth opportunities in collaboration with business leaders across functions. Identify and triage key questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the company using business acumen and experience
- Lead critical cross-functional initiatives to identify and quantify growth opportunities and operational improvements, design sustainable solutions, and persuade and align varying audiences during change management initiatives of your own, turning your strategic recommendations into reality
- Develop effective and scalable operational frameworks, processes and fill operational gaps
- Lead Operations and serve as primary cross-functional liaison between DISQO’s Growth Marketing, Product, Analytics & Finance teams. Evaluate cost-benefits of various growth initiatives and provide recommendations that drive short and long-term marketplace growth
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and measure success. Using a suite of data analysis tools, identify key trends or opportunities in the business in order to design the process, policy and product solutions to improve performance
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other related fields or equivalent work experience at marketplace business or high growth tech startups in SaaS, Data and/or MarTech. MBA a plus
- 8+ years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project or team management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or internal consulting/operational roles at high growth companies.
- A history of identifying and developing business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements and elegantly executing projects from proposal to implementation
- Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, structure complex problems, perform deep analytics, derive business insights/scenarios and develop solutions
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides experience required
- Advanced SQL and/or data visualization tools experience required
- Foster empathy for your stakeholders, their interests and needs to ensure teams can sustain and embrace changes through clear communication, engagement, and appropriate governance throughout the implementation of operational excellence programs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business
- Proficiency in marketing systems (like Pardot) and integrating those systems with other technologies
- Proficient in CRM (like Salesforce) and data analytics/modeling tools
- Deep understanding of software industry / SaaS sales and marketing models
- Experience in growth, marketing or product is preferred
- A penchant for digging deep into data, thinking from first principles, and iterating quickly to deliver results. A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a history of being scrappy when it counts
