Business Development Lead, Tactical Air Systems

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The Business Development Lead is responsible for identification and business development of prospective customers for Anduril’s autonomous sUAS portfolio
- Support and deepen existing customer relationships as well as identify, mature, and capture new business
- Articulate hardware- and software-driven value propositions and win themes
- Identify influencers and decision-makers at prospective customers and strengthen Anduril’s reputation within customer organizations
- Work with leadership and engineering teams to identify customer needs; connect needs with funding sources and sales channels
- Conduct business forecasting, strategic planning, and market research to assess potential size and value of opportunities
- Support marketing collateral development
- Build partnerships to enhance competitiveness for strategic opportunities
- Position requires travel within the Continental US
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 8 years of experience in tactical UAS business development for DOD, federal or other government and security customers
- Prior experience working with domestic defense and security customers for UAS
- Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, requirements and acquisition processes for US government customers
- Strong understanding of domestic UAS customer requirements and technology needs
- Demonstrated experience managing a sales funnel and utilizing CRM tools
- Demonstrated experience in writing proposals and capturing contracts
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline
