The Associate Campus Manager reports to the Senior Campus Manager and helps ensure a smooth-running facility and an excellent member experience.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Community Management & Events
– Foster connections between our members, service partners, and the broader local business community.
– Identify members, and local business experts, who can provide valuable services to the membership community.
– Generate weekly member emails detailing new members, events and promotions.
– Assist the Senior Campus Manager in resolving customer service and inter-member issues.
– Greet members and guests at the front desk when the Front Desk Associate is out or on break.
– Back up the Front Desk Associate to provide solutions for member requests.
– Create content for events, including splash pages and signage.
– Generate weekly member emails detailing new members, events and promotions.

Membership & Business Development
– Follow up on member leads to drive tour activity.
– Generate member leads by attending community events and reaching out to local companies.
– Check in with trial members to drive conversion from trial to membership.
– Lead tours, generate proposals, and follow up to drive sales conversion.
– Manage the new member onboarding process and lead new member orientation lunches.
– Drive use of member services, including event venue and room booking.
– Pro-actively gather intel on members’ business objectives to uncover expansion, partnership, and referral opportunities.
– Identify opportunities to leverage event speakers and member guests in ways that enhance the member offering.

Building & Facility Management
– Oversee Campus Services Associates to ensure that the facility is clean, orderly and well stocked.
– Generate repair and maintenance tickets.
– Execute regular purchasing process for facility consumables.
– Know and be able to implement fire, safety and emergency plans.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

– College graduate with a four year degree.
– Customer service and/or hospitality background highly desirable.
– Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient computer skills, and ability to adapt to new technologies.
– Sales experience is a plus.
– Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
