We are currently seeking an eager and exceptional Administrative Assistant to support the EVP/ Head of Business & Legal Affairs, Business and Digital Development as well as occasional assistance for the department.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the EVP/ Head of Business & Legal Affairs, Business and Digital Development.
Job Functions:
Answer phones, make calls, and direct phone inquiries as appropriateSchedule conference calls and meetingsWord processing, emailing, and other administrative tasksDraft and send out correspondenceFile documents and develop file systemsReview and edit documents for the departmentCommunicate with all UMPG departments, UMG, affiliated labels, and third-party partnersDraft, revise, redline and proofread legal documentsPerform database inquiriesPrepare Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks and other presentationsComplete travel and expense reportsPlan and coordinate department meetings, outings, staff morale activities and conferencesMaintain contacts and calendar informationMake travel arrangements and restaurant reservationsAssist with payment requestsOther duties as assigned by supervisors

Experience:
2-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience in legal settingAdvanced computer experience: Microsoft Word (including tables and redlining), Excel, InternetGeneral understanding of music industry and publishing
