The Academic Programs Analyst will report to the Director, Academic Programs & Pathways, and focus on maintaining and updating our team materials while working cross-functionally. This person will be managing long-term projects and working with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment towards the best possible collaborative solutions. This is someone who wants to work with incredible people to gain amazing experience within a quickly growing organization and team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain InStride’s course and program database with Quality Assurance (QA) validation,
- Coordinate with key stakeholders on program changes, updates to ensure accuracy of InStride’s overall program portfolio
- Assist in creating and managing presentations and managing how project data is processed and presented
- Integrate multiple data sources from various sources of information to help inform solutions creation
- Regular project management tracking of key team projects; provide regular updates on project progress
- Support the pathways team, to collate relevant information to support decision making and pathway development
- With the larger pathways team, collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Learner Success teams to ensure solutions increase stakeholder engagement
- Support in identifying and reporting career education data at the granular level, gathering relevant and quality data points to support in addressing opportunities in program gaps
- Manage document repository including program database, presentations, and other academic partnerships reports
Ideal Profile
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Ability to develop and track project management timelines
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to extract insights, review and understand data sets
- and conduct basic data gathering using online resources under the direction of the greater Pathways team
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with diverse partners, and facilitate joint problem solving
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in required CRM, project management, database management, and data visualization software
- No job too small attitude with interest in working on highly collaborative teams who have fun
- Self-starter with a track record of ideation-to-execution in fast-paced environments- “Speed as a default”
- Thrives on direct communication and brings high levels of EQ to the role
