Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and coordinate critical supply chain and fulfillment functions across domestic and international operations. This individual will support inbound logistics, inventory flow, procurement coordination, warehouse and fulfillment operations, freight optimization, and cross functional operational execution.

This role will work closely with Sr. Operations Manager, and partner cross functionally with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Ecommerce, Procurement, and Technology teams to ensure products move efficiently from supplier to consumer while maintaining high service levels and cost discipline.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations:

  • Support daily operations across a multi site 3PL warehouse network
  • Help maintain fulfillment SLAs and operational performance standards
  • Coordinate inventory flow and fulfillment execution across ecommerce and retail channels
  • Assist in resolving operational disruptions, shipping issues, and fulfillment bottlenecks
  • Partner with warehouse providers to improve operational efficiency and service quality

Inventory Management & Procurement Support:

  • Monitor inventory levels across warehouse locations to reduce stockouts and overstocks
  • Support inventory planning and replenishment coordination
  • Assist with procurement tracking, inbound visibility, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reporting within ERP and operational systems

International Logistics & Freight Coordination:

  • Coordinate ocean and air freight bookings from Asia and other international suppliers
  • Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers
  • Support inbound shipment tracking, routing, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Assist with customs compliance and import/export documentation

Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations:

  • Support operational execution for Amazon FBA/FBM, Walmart, Shopify, retail, and other marketplace channels
  • Coordinate inventory allocation and operational readiness during promotions and peak periods
  • Assist with maintaining SLA performance during high volume events including Black Friday and Prime Day

Systems & Operational Data

  • Support operational workflows tied to WMS, OMS, ERP, and ecommerce systems
  • Help maintain operational reporting accuracy and visibility
  • Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities
  • Partner cross functionally on systems enhancements and operational scalability initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or operations experience
  • Experience in ecommerce, consumer goods, or high volume fulfillment environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, freight coordination, and inventory management
  • Experience working with ERP, WMS, OMS, EDI, APIs, and operational reporting systems
  • Strong Excel and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working with 3PLs and international logistics providers preferred
