The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing product support and assisting with product transactions on mortgage closing documents to ensure a smooth experience for all Snapdocs users. A top notch Operations Specialist can work at a fast pace, is self motivated and is passionate about providing positive experiences for our customers.

  • Performs tasks in the document processing queue including: Classifications, Annotations, QC, eNotes, RON, and Post-Close QC 
  • Raise questions, and resolve common issues that occur during the duration of transactions and escalates when necessary
  • Engage in 1:1s with their Supervisor bi-weekly
  • Engage in team meetings weekly
  • Assists with special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new computer system applications

  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused and self-manage in a fast paced environment where change is prevalent
  • Empathetic & patient; has the ability to see things from others perspective, especially when problems arise
  • Results oriented and self-motivated to consistently meet expectations in productivity and quality
  • Positive with a natural drive to help people, customer service experience is a bonus
  • Curious and has a learning mindset; eager for feedback
  • Thrives in a team environment

This is a remote role, please take note the working hours will be 10:30am-7pm MST Monday-Friday.

If you are located in the SF Bay Area, NYC, or Seattle Metro area, the target starting hourly rate for this role is $23.74 per hour. For all other locations, the target starting hourly rate is $20.77 per hour. Individual pay is based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
