Our Newest Opportunity: 

Summary: 

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the P&C Practice’s operational efficiency, ensuring smooth process and procedures, responsible for assisting the team with data management, and supporting end users.  The Specialist will help the National P&C Team be more productive and effective by maintaining responsibility for key assignments, projects, planning, and support. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Reviewing data and taking actionable steps to maintain accurate records in Applied Epic, including data entry and clean up.   

  • Create and distribute reports to local and national teams. 

  • Analyze reports to determine accuracy and consistency.   

  • Participate in review of workflows, best practices, and standard processes and update as needed. 

  • Complete audits of completed workflows and document findings.   

  • Identify training opportunities and work with the Learning & Development team to coordinate training.   

  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and carrier partners.   

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and OneDigital Best Practices.  

  • Work as part of a project team to drive and support operational efficiencies, including new technology platforms and other initiatives. 

  • Administrative coordination with other projects to support the P&C national leadership team. 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 

  • Must be team oriented and enjoy working with people from different areas of the organization to support operations 

  • Must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, a large workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

  • Be proactive and flexible, adaptable to different personality types 

  • Candidate should be well organized, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize work 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical, technical, and computer skills 

  • Previous experience in customer support role is a plus 

  • Commitment to long-term professional development (lifelong learning and certifications) 

Education, Training and Experience: 

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience 

  • Prior experience working within Property & Casualty industry and/or active Property & Casualty license 

  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint is a must 

  • Previous relevant experience in P&C Platforms is a plus 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $90,000 per year

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
