As an Operations Representative at Webbing, you will manage all customer backend setup in a Webbing-developed platform, consisting of multiple complexes and ever-evolving pricing and service modules.

You will:

  • Handle customer setup and changes.
  • Support Webbing agents with all requests and questions regarding the service, setup, and management platform.
  • Building and updating customers’ plans.
  • Be a part of the cross-department’s projects.
  • Operations maintenance activities planning.
  • Handling monthly billing tasks.
  • Perform basic QA for new Webbing platform features.

Full- time position

  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and patience
  • Organized and detail orientated with excellent prioritization skills
  • Ability to solve operational problems
  • Good skills with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, match, pivot)
  • Bachelor’s degree - an advantage
  • Technical skills – an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar operational role - an advantage
  • Understanding of mobile roaming flows – an advantage
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Monday, Zendesk) -an advantage
