About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Processor to join the Print Solutions team within our Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations group. This role plays a key part in supporting our document processing and print operations.
In this role, you will:
- Insert or de-inserting envelopes, printing detail sheets, collecting and validating materials, collating and assembling kits, weighing, metering, and sorting envelopes.
- Perform document preparation, scanning and electronically log jobs
- Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
- Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
- Collect data and prepare related operational reports
- Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
- Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
- Coordinate projects
- Furnish information to authorized persons
- Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
- 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Shipping & Logistics: Experience: Prior experience with FedEx and UPS processing.
- Tools/Systems: Experience with ESO Shipping Manager
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge Management: Ability to document resolutions, processes, and best practices in internal knowledge bases to support organizational readiness and promote knowledge sharing.
- Payments Expertise: Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including PCI compliance, credit/ACH processing, disputes, settlements, and merchant funding.
- Multitasking & Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Systems Navigation: Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and applications, with the ability to use search tools to locate information quickly.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible and quick to learn new processes as business needs evolve.
- Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Primary hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Shift options: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Flex schedule available up to 17.5 hours per week
