Who We’re Looking ForMorty is seeking a highly capable, execution-focused Operations Manager to own critical operational workflows and serve as a force multiplier for the COO. This role is ideal for a strong generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and takes pride in seeing work through to the end.
Job Responsibilities- Own and manage end-to-end customer onboarding processes through handoff to customer success team
- Serve as a key execution partner to the COO, driving operational priorities from concept to completion
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth cross-functional execution
- Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows
- Track and manage timelines for licensing renewals and regulatory reporting requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance obligations are met on time
- Act as a reliable point of ownership for high-priority operational initiatives
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in consulting, banking, or startup operations
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with limited hand-holding
- High ownership mentality; no task too small attitude
- Calm, reliable executor who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Great with people.
- Willing and able to learn quickly. Self starter with a “No task is too big or small” attitude.
- Collaborative, team-centric mindset.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000, depending on candidate experience and location
