The Los Angeles Office is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to partner with the Director of Administration in managing office operations, facilities, and crisis management initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic professional environment.
About the Role
The Operations Manager will oversee Facilities, Reception, Food Service, and Office Services while ensuring the office operates efficiently and upholds the firm’s high standards. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations and support staff across key service areas.
Oversee vendor contracts and service quality for building and maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety and emergency preparedness programs.
Support budgeting, purchasing, and office event coordination.
Collaborate with HR and Finance on staffing, parking, and payables processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years of operations or facilities management experience, ideally in a law firm or corporate environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with facilities management systems.

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act. California Pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience $120,000-$155,000.
