Conscious Talent is looking for world-class operations leaders (COOs, VP of Operations, Heads of Operations, Directors of Operations) who are committed to their inner work journey and mastery of their craft.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building scalable operations, driving cross-functional alignment, and fostering resilient, values-driven cultures. What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
  • Lead overall company operations, systems, and processes to support growth and mission fulfillment

  • Build and mentor high-performing operational and cross-functional teams

  • Drive strategic planning, execution rhythms, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to translate vision into scalable execution

  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, trust, and empowerment across teams

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, intentionality, and conscious communication into operational practices

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 6+ years in operations leadership roles (e.g., COO, VP of Operations, Head of Operations, Director of Operations)

  • Experience leading scaling operations at high-growth startups or enterprises

  • Skilled at building systems that enhance clarity, efficiency, and cultural alignment

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great systems, but thriving teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Expertise in strategic planning, OKR frameworks, or operational scaling methodologies

  • Background in building cultures where operational excellence and human development are integrated
