We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on support to our Vice President of Operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient execution of global operations and involves collaborating with various teams to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the VP of Operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of operational projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Global Operations Assistance: Assist in coordinating efforts across international markets to ensure consistent and efficient operations worldwide.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the VP of Operations, department heads, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an operations or analyst role, preferably supporting senior leadership in a global context.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and cultures.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
