The Operations Coordinator position reports directly to the President of Unire Real Estate Group (“Executive”) and will provide day-to-day management of key processes, including operational expense management, staffing, and administrative oversight of the Unire office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, analyzing and summarizing information as needed to prepare the Executive.
  • Organize, facilitate, and set the agenda for meetings. Prepare professional presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of organizational objectives.
  • Responsible for office operational tasks such as contract review, check review signing, operational oversight.
  • Communicates with internal and external contacts at all levels in a confident, professional manner to maintain effective relationships. Ensure time-sensitive information reaches the Executive quickly. Direct questions/requests to other staff, as appropriate.
  • Interact effectively with colleagues at all levels in the business to strengthen team culture, continuously improve the work environment, and identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform additional duties and oversee special projects as assigned, including acting as a project manager and using influence to elicit results from others.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree preferred. 4 years of relevant experience (in addition to the experience otherwise required) may be accepted in place of a degree. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Superior organizational skills and scrupulous attention to detail
  • Business maturity and demonstrated potential to influence at all levels
  • Sound judgement, strong situational leadership, and strategic, enterprise-focused thinking


Pay Range
$94,300$141,500 USD
