The Mission Ahead

Under direct supervision, assigned daily work. May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities. Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site. Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.

What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate complex operational tasks to support organizational objectives.

  • Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for senior management.

  • Develop operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Liaise with department heads to ensure cohesive business operations.

  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.

  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in an operations role with supervisory responsibilities.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.

  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

Clearance: A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start. 

Basic Compensation: 

$66,100 - $99,200 - this range is for CA only

 

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. 

 

Additional Compensation: 

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
