Position Summary:
This role provides administrative support to the Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs teams. The position focuses on completing routine tasks, maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day operations. Work is primarily structured, with clear processes and guidance, and emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

Essential Job Functions:
- Receive and route incoming requests to the appropriate team members within the Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs teams
- Maintain logs, trackers, and files to support team activities
- Prepare and format basic documents, presentations, and reports using standard templates
- Organize and update shared folders, files, and documentation
- Assist with data entry and compiling information for routine reports
- Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and sending follow-ups
- Track agenda and action items and follow up with team members as needed
- Assist with document processing, including routing for signatures and tracking completion
- Help maintain standard templates, trackers and workflows
- Upload and organize materials in internal systems and platforms
- Provide basic support for contract and document management activities
- Assist with administrative tasks related to team tools and systems
- Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum Experience
- Entry‑level position
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Education:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow defined processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment

Location: Remote - MDPay Range: $18.40 - $22.10Salary range shown is a guideline. Individual compensation packages can vary based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, and qualifications.
