JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Associate, you’ll be reporting to the Operations team lead and will work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to provide administrative assistance and operational support.  As one of the key members of our team, you'll be tasked with the following:

  • Provide operational support to Director of Operations and Operations team
  • Contact customers regarding accounts receivable
  • Providing general administrative and organizational support to internal team members, including the CEO.
  • Perform routine data entry and generate reports
  • Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, virtual team events, and travel
  • Answer telephone inquiries and manage email and Slack communications for senior leadership

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following attributes:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Incredibly detail oriented
  • Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Patience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations with multiple and often conflicting priorities 
  • Ability to assess own knowledge and ask questions
  • Initiative and adaptability
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and propose solutions
  • Good sense of humor
